The short version
You are buying from Styllian, a Las Vegas, Nevada company. Prices are in US dollars, payment is processed securely by Stripe, and we currently ship within the United States. Unopened bottles can be returned within 30 days. If anything about your order is wrong, contact us and we will make it right. Using styllian.com or placing an order means you accept these terms.
Who you are buying from
Styllian (“we”) operates styllian.com. These terms govern purchases made on styllian.com and your use of the site. If you do not agree with them, please do not place an order. Questions are welcome through the contact page.
The product and how to use it
Styllian is a grooming shampoo for external use on horses, made to the published formula on every label. Use it as the label directs: spot test first on any new horse, keep it away from eyes, and rinse thoroughly. It is a grooming product, not a medicine. Nothing on this site is veterinary advice, and a horse with a skin condition deserves a veterinarian, not a shampoo recommendation.
Some riders choose to use Styllian on their own hair. If you do, review the complete published ingredient list first and spot-test, because individual sensitivities vary. That choice is yours.
Ordering and payment
All prices are in US dollars and may change; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout, plus any delivery charge and applicable sales tax, all itemized before you confirm. Payment is collected at the time of order and processed by Stripe; your card details never touch our systems.
An order is an offer to buy which we accept by confirming it. We may decline or cancel an order (for suspected fraud, a pricing or stock error, or an address we cannot deliver to), and if we cancel one you have paid for, you receive a full refund and an email saying so.
Delivery
We currently ship within the United States, from Las Vegas, Nevada. Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay, and the current delivery terms are stated on the product page. Delivery is by carrier pickup from our facility; once your parcel ships you receive a tracking number, and your order page shows progress until it arrives.
Estimated delivery times are estimates, not promises: carriers have weather, holidays, and bad days. If a parcel arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us and we will put it right with a replacement or a refund.
Returns and refunds
If a bottle arrives damaged, leaking, or not what you ordered, we make it right at our cost, with a replacement or full refund, your choice. Contact us with your order number and a photo of what arrived.
For everything else: unopened bottles in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Start a return through the contact page with your order number and we will send instructions; return postage for a change of mind is on you. Opened bottles cannot be returned, because every ingredient is listed so you can know what is in it before the seal breaks. But if the product genuinely disappointed you, write to us anyway. We would rather hear it.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks typically post them within three to five business days of the refund being issued.
Purchases on Amazon and TikTok Shop
Styllian sold on Amazon or TikTok Shop is purchased under that marketplace’s terms of sale, and returns and refunds for those orders follow the marketplace’s process, not this page. These terms govern styllian.com.
Your account
An account is optional. If you create one, keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used it. You are responsible for activity under your account until you do. We may suspend an account used fraudulently or abusively.
Reviews and what you send us
Reviews exist so future buyers can hear from real ones. By submitting a review or other content you confirm it reflects your genuine experience, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the site and in our materials, alongside the name you chose to display. We moderate before publication and decline content that is off-topic, abusive, or not from a genuine experience, and we do not edit reviews to change their meaning. Incentivized or fabricated reviews are not accepted from anyone, including us.
Our content
The Styllian name, wordmark, photography, formula story, and the text of this site belong to Styllian and may not be reused commercially without our written permission. Sharing links, quoting us honestly, and photographing your own gleaming horse are always welcome.
What we promise, and what we cannot
We promise the product matches its published formula and label. Beyond what these terms and the law expressly provide, the site and products are provided “as is”: grooming results vary with the horse, the coat, the water, and the hand doing the washing, and we cannot warrant a particular outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order or from use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned, and neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing in them takes away consumer rights the law gives you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and disputes belong to the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still stands.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top always reflects the current version, and orders are governed by the terms in force when they were placed.
